In 1933, during the Chicago Exposition, B. Kingston Hall produced several drawings of structures for a Pan American Exposition in Miami. The prospective site was the Royal Palm Hotel, which was located on Bayfront Park. A specialist in expositions and fairs, George Massey, provided input on the high cost of financing the exposition; however, the potential estimate income was to be $972,022.50.
Drawings by B. Kingston Hall show that the exposition would provide rooms and halls with varying seating capacities. The convention hall would have a seating capacity of 13,000 and the stadium of 40,000.
