Title: Letter from Pepper to Hoffman, June 6, 1927, regarding Kraper and foreclosure

Summary: This is the last letter in a series of Model Land Company correspondence concerning sales of various lots to Clifford Kraper, who throughout the year of 1927 had difficulty paying his mortgages. Sales agent Frank Pepper refers to Kraper as "this boy" and remarks that "he is working as chauffeur and general roustabout for Mr. S. Bobo Dean here in Miami at $75.00 per month. Some day when business conditions warrant it we hope to have him back with us. Once upon a time in the ages of the dim past we were able to keep him and three cars pretty busy showing prospective customers over the Country."
