Title: Letter from J.E. Ingraham to Frederick Morse, February 9, 1911, regarding sale of land to Burkhart Summary: Model Land Company vice-president James Ingraham writes to sales agent Frederick Morse: "Yours 8th in re Dr. W.S. Burkhart. I have just wired you to allow 5% [discount] for cash. As this practically takes all the prairie land in the Grant - we ought not cut the price. I fear [?] in making this sale it will militate against the sale of the rest of the pine land adjoining the prairies? but I am so anxious to get the Grant out of debt that I must take this chance. Please advise." Creator: Ingraham, J. E. (James E.)
