Title: Letter from Frederick Morse to J. E. Ingraham, February 8, 1911, regarding sale of Perrine Grant lands to Dr. Burkhart

Summary: Model Land Company sales agent Frederick Morse writes to Company vice-president James Ingraham: "Dr. W. S. Burkhart of Cincinnati, Ohio, wants to buy some 1400 acres as marked on enclosed plat of Perrine Grant. We have given him our usual prices of $20.00 for pine and $25.00 for prairie. Like all others he wants to know if he can get a lower price on this acreage. Or what deduction you would make for cash. His idea is to put people on the land and assist them to crop and plant groves."
