Ingraham "agreed to donate without charge the following rock pits, account new road through Perrine Grant; and Mr. Hinson requests that these be given in separate deed from balance as he wants the people to know what the Company is doing for the County." The handwritten notation at the bottom says: "Hinson says to let his successor buy this when Co needs the rock."
