Title: Letter from Frank Pepper to J.E. Ingraham, October 19, 1911

Summary: Model Land Company sales agent Frank Pepper advises president J.E. Ingraham that the "Board of County Commissioners of Dade County want to purchase a rock pit site ... This five acres takes in a high rock reef which is fit for nothing but a rock pit, except possibly a building site, and as the County already has a big hole dug there, and as the material is being used for the building of new roads and the repair of present highways in that vicinity, we should recommend selling the property to the County Commissioners, and would suggest a price of say $20 or $25 per acre."
