Title: Letter from George Lindsay to Frank J. Pepper and Burr Potter, May 21, 1921, requesting an extension on the deadline for payment of property in the Perrine Grant

Summary: Lindsay writes: "We received notice of payment on land contract by the writer with Mr. Mann G. Davis falling due June 15th., amounting to $2051.80. This is the balance due after payments made on the timber that was cut. Owing to an absolute stagnation of business in our markets, we have had to cease cutting, as you perhaps know, and for this reason we write to ask if we could not arrange with you for an extension of time on the payment on account of being unable to cut the timber."
