Title: Letter from Frank J. Pepper to Sidney Harrison, September 5, 1919, re designating the Royal Palm area as a Park Summary: Pepper records that at a September 4, 1919, Council Meeting held for the Chamber of Commerce, the Model Land Company informed the Council that Blocks 120 and 127 of the City of Miami were property of the Company and not a city park as might be construed by the name "Palm Park." He suggests that the words "Palm Park" be omitted from future maps and the City Engineer was so ordered.
