Johnson of Hallandale, January 19, 1912: "On the 13th inst. your son Edd. delivered us a letter from you in regard to changing land on account of adjoining property owners objecting to you putting a road through their land. We took the matter up with the Land Company and are advised if you will send in the contract they will see if the description cannot be changed... In this connection, we wish to call your attention to the fact that your are not only cropping on part of this five acre piece that you want to exchange for, but that you are using company land... Under instructions, we must notify you to either purchase this land or vacate it at once."
