Inventory List of Millard’s Manuscripts

The D. Ralph Millard, Jr., M.D. Archive includes his edited manuscript and artwork (photographs and illustrations) for his 1977-80 publication “Cleft Craft” and his edited manuscripts for his 1996 publication “A Rhinoplasty Tetralogy.”

Please note that Calder’s holding of the “Cleft Craft” manuscript is incomplete. For Volumes I and II, we only have photographs and illustrations. For Volume III, we have a complete set of typescript and artwork.

For “A Rhinoplasty Tetralogy,” we have a complete set of typescript in three stages, but we do not have accompanying artwork.

The following inventory list provides file-level descriptions of the contents, and it serves as a finding aid for researchers to locate the materials.
